In 1998, at 5 years old, young Kat Petrick knew there were only 2 careers for her:

1. An Artist

2. A Duster (you know, like, with pledge and a rag until my mom's antiques sparkled like new)

14 years later at Belmont University she was faced with the task of choosing her course of study and to her great disappointment dusting was not on their long list of majors so Studio Art it was. Petrick then graduated with a BFA in Studio Art back in May of 2017. 

She has since moved back to her hometown in Westchester, New York. There she has continued to explore her ~unique~ ideas through experimentation using paintbrushes and pens on any surface she can get her hands on.
